The product slows down the production of pigment (melanin), so the skin gradually becomes lighter. Nothing is injected into the skin and no laser is used.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"qa\">\n<div>\n<p class=\"t3\">Why is the skin darker there?<\/p>\n<p>Hormones, friction from clothing, hair removal and ageing often make the skin around the anus produce more pigment.
