How does laser hair removal work?
When the laser light reaches your skin, the pigment in the hair absorbs that light and turns it into heat. The heat then travels to the hair follicle, which makes it less able to produce new hair.
Why several sessions?
The laser only works on hairs that are actively growing at that moment. Because every hair has its own rhythm, we treat at intervals. You can read more about this on the hair growth cycle page. You can see exactly what happens in the skin, step by step, on the page how laser hair removal works.
What will you notice?
After each session, the treated hairs fall out within a few days to two weeks. What grows back is usually finer and lighter.
Is it permanent?
You get a strong, long-lasting reduction in hair. Still, not every single hair disappears for good, so a short top-up session later on can be helpful.

Suitable for every skin colour
The Soprano Titanium Special Edition combines three wavelengths in one treatment. This means we can safely treat both light and dark skin, from skin types I to VI on the Fitzpatrick scale.
Very fair skin that always burns and almost never tans.
Fair skin that burns easily but tans with difficulty.
Lightly tinted skin that sometimes burns but tans gradually.
Olive, Mediterranean skin that rarely burns, as it tans well.
Dark skin that rarely burns, because it contains a lot of pigment.
Very dark skin that almost never burns, so the Nd:YAG works best here.

This wavelength works especially well on light skin, such as skin types I to III.

The all-rounder, as it is suitable for light to dark skin.
Nd:YAG
This one penetrates deeper, which makes it safe for dark skin in particular.

Brazilian laser hair removal
Brazilian laser is by far our most popular laser treatment. Instead of shaving or waxing again and again, your intimate area stays smooth for the long term. You also decide how far we go, from just the bikini line to a full Brazilian with bum strip.

How much does laser hair removal cost?
Choose a combination at a good price or tap the areas yourself. You then see the price per session and the price of a full course of treatments straight away. With a 5 + 1 free package, you pay for five treatments and get six, and a combination also saves you €10 per session.
If you choose a course of treatments from €500, you can also pay in three instalments. You can find all rates in the price list too.
How your course of treatments works
A course usually consists of six to ten sessions. This way, the result builds up step by step.
Well prepared
Shave the area one to two days beforehand. On the day itself, do not use deodorant or lotion on the area, and avoid the sun and sunbeds in the weeks before.
Do not wax or epilate during a course of treatments, as this removes the hair root that the laser works on.
- First, an intake
First we look at your skin and hair, so that together we can make a plan that suits you.
- Then the treatment
Next we apply cooling gel and treat the area, while ICE Plus keeps the skin cool.
- Next, the aftercare
Your skin may be a little red afterwards. So apply SPF 50 sunscreen and avoid the sun.
- Finally, repeat every 4 to 6 weeks
After several sessions, hair growth clearly decreases, so you see the result improve each time.
Laser, waxing or shaving?

About the treatment
Does laser hair removal hurt?
Usually you only feel a warm, tingling sensation, because the Soprano Titanium continuously cools your skin with ICE Plus. This keeps even sensitive areas easy to tolerate.
How many treatments do I need?
Usually six to ten treatments are needed, with four to six weeks in between. The exact number depends on the area, your hair and your hormones.
Does laser hair removal work on blonde or grey hair?
The laser responds to pigment, so dark hair gives the best result. Blonde and red hair, on the other hand, respond less well, and grey or white hair unfortunately cannot be treated, because it contains practically no pigment. That is why we honestly assess during the intake whether laser is right for you.
Is laser hair removal really permanent?
You get a strong, long-lasting reduction in hair, because most hair follicles no longer produce new hair. Sometimes one maintenance session a year is helpful afterwards to keep the result. You can read exactly what to expect on permanent laser hair removal.
Can I shave during a course of laser treatments?
Yes, shaving is fine, as it leaves the hair root in place. Do not wax or epilate, though, because that removes the very root the laser works on.
Practical questions
Can I go in the sun before and after the treatment?
Avoid the sun and sunbeds in the weeks before and after your treatment, as tanned skin becomes irritated more easily. Also apply plenty of SPF 50 to the treated area.
Can I have laser treatment while pregnant or breastfeeding?
We advise against it during pregnancy, because your hormones change a lot. Once you have stopped breastfeeding, you can start as normal.
How long does a treatment take?
A small area such as the underarms or the bikini line often takes ten to fifteen minutes. Larger areas, such as full legs, take more time.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, for a course of treatments from €500 you can pay in three instalments. Let us know when you plan your course, and we will arrange it together.
What is the difference between laser and IPL?
IPL uses filtered flash light, while a laser uses focused laser light. This makes laser more precise and suitable for more skin types.
